ALAÏA Stylist position in Las Vegas—luxury retail sales role with Richemont, $24–$28/hour, emphasizing client advisory and brand ambassadorship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to achieving weekly and monthly store sales targets and key performance indicators alongside the team
- Increase average transaction value and units per transaction through sophisticated cross-selling and upselling techniques
- Cultivate and maintain exceptional client relationships to enhance loyalty and develop a personal client portfolio
- Establish and execute strategic action plans to grow and retain clientele
- Welcome guests through in-boutique, telephone, and email channels according to ALAÏA service standards
- Develop and maintain detailed client profiles within the customer relationship management system, capturing qualitative insights and purchase history
- Implement personalized clienteling campaigns and omnichannel outreach initiatives
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge of ready-to-wear and accessories collections, articulating the narrative and heritage of ALAÏA
- Maintain the boutique environment to the highest standards of cleanliness, visual merchandising, and luxury presentation
- Participate actively in team meetings, client events, inventory counts, and daily operational activities
- Enforce security protocols and cash desk procedures in accordance with boutique and Richemont guidelines
- Uphold ALAÏA grooming and brand presentation standards at all times
- Provide exceptional after-sales service and support to ensure client satisfaction
- Comply with all established Richemont policies and operational standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury fashion, accessories, or ready-to-wear retail with demonstrated sales excellence
- Strong sales techniques with proficiency in clienteling methodologies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships naturally
- Deep understanding of and genuine passion for the ALAÏA Maison, its heritage, and brand values
- Proven proactive approach and strong drive to achieve targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and professional email communication
- Strong attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Physical ability to stand and sit for extended periods, lift boxes up to 20 pounds regularly, and work flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
