Chloé Stylist role at Richemont in Las Vegas—luxury retail sales, client relations, and omnichannel experience. $21–$24/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term client relationships, particularly with VIC and VVIC portfolio accounts
- Capture client data consistently and utilize available clienteling tools to execute personalized reach-out campaigns and achieve CRM targets
- Leverage omnichannel services and all retail channels to drive sales performance and meet individual and store-level KPI targets
- Maintain an impeccable store environment and back-of-house appearance; proactively communicate structural or maintenance needs to Store or Assistant Store Manager
- Complete assigned training programs and participate in commercial activities as directed by Store Manager or Head Office
- Support after-sales clients and ensure follow-up to maintain service excellence
- Comply with all Richemont policies and standards while assisting colleagues and managers
Qualifications
- Strong customer service orientation with demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of luxury retail and brand values
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems and clienteling platforms
Skills
Experience
Retail sales experience in a luxury or high-end environment is preferred. Prior experience in client-facing roles and demonstrated success in meeting sales targets is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21 to USD 24 per hour.
