Richemont seeks a Stylist in Las Vegas to provide personalised luxury client experiences and build long‑term relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised styling consultations and curate product selections that reflect each client’s taste and lifestyle.
- Develop and sustain high‑value client relationships through proactive outreach, appointment management and attentive in‑store experiences.
- Collaborate with sales and clienteling teams to convert opportunities, meet individual and store sales objectives, and maximise client lifetime value.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge across collections, including materials, provenance and craftsmanship, to articulate product narratives convincingly.
- Coordinate fittings and alterations with the operations team and manage order follow‑through until delivery.
- Record client preferences and interaction history accurately in the CRM; leverage data to personalise future outreach and service.
- Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor and presentation adhere to brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven background in luxury retail, personal styling or high‑end fashion with demonstrable client results.
- Excellent verbal presentation and interpersonal skills; polished manner suitable for an affluent clientele.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with clienteling practices and CRM usage; meticulous attention to client data and follow‑up.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
