Richemont seeks a Stylist in Las Rozas de Madrid to provide personalised luxury styling and client advisory services in a boutique setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised styling consultations and curate looks tailored to private and walk-in clients, enhancing the desirability of maison assortments.
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, appointment management and post‑sale follow-up.
- Translate product knowledge into commercial recommendations across categories (apparel, accessories, leather goods, jewellery), driving full-price sales and attachments.
- Collaborate with visual merchandising and retail leadership to ensure displays, store presentation and stock rotation reflect seasonal stories and brand standards.
- Support in-store VIP events, private viewings and bespoke client experiences, maintaining confidentiality and high standards of service.
- Accurately record client preferences and interactions in CRM, and contribute to sales reporting and local market intelligence.
Qualifications
- Proven commercial aptitude within luxury retail or private-styling environments, with a demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets.
- Refined sense of style, strong product sensibility and the ability to translate trends into tailored client recommendations.
- Impeccable personal presentation, discretion with high‑net‑worth clients and a service mindset aligned with maison values.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings and weekends, and the ability to travel locally for client appointments when required.
- Right to work in Spain.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury retail, private-styling or boutique advisory roles; prior exposure to appointment-based client service and VIP handling is highly desirable.
Education
Vocational diploma or degree in fashion, styling, visual merchandising or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
