Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term client relationships
• Manage personal client portfolio including VIP and VVIP clients
• Implement personalized reach-out campaigns and utilize all clienteling tools available
• Capture client data and maintain detailed qualitative notes in CRM systems
• Actively engage in all actions to reach CRM, sales, and KPI targets
• Use omnichannel services to drive sales and business performance
• Complete assigned trainings and participate in all commercial activities
• Maintain impeccable store environment and back-of-house standards at all times
• Proactively communicate structural repair needs to management
• Implement guidelines related to store and back-of-house management and participate in inventories
• Support after-sales clients and ensure impeccable after-sales service
• Comply with all established Richemont policies and standards
• Execute additional tasks as requested by management

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Strong sales orientation with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets
• Proficiency in CRM systems and omnichannel platforms
• Understanding of luxury retail environment and competitive landscape
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in client communication and relationship management

Skills

Experience

Prior experience in luxury retail, high-end customer service, or hospitality is preferred. Experience with CRM systems and demonstrated success in achieving sales targets is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required. Postsecondary education or professional certification in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21 to USD 24 per hour.
