Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor to the Maison
- Manage a personal portfolio of clients, with particular focus on VVI and VI tier clients
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns utilizing clienteling tools and CRM systems to meet relationship targets
- Capture and maintain accurate client data and qualitative information within CRM systems
- Drive omnichannel sales performance by leveraging all available retail channels to meet store and individual KPI targets
- Complete required commercial trainings and actively participate in store-wide sales initiatives
- Monitor local competitive environment and trading activities to inform sales strategy
- Maintain impeccable store environment, back-of-house standards, and personal grooming at all times
- Support post-purchase client experience and follow up to ensure exceptional after-sales service
- Ensure compliance with all Richemont policies, standards, and operational guidelines
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or upscale clienteling environments
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture high-value client relationships
- Strong command of CRM platforms and clienteling tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales achievement track record with measurable KPI attainment
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury retail, brand ambassadorial roles, or high-end clienteling environments, with demonstrated success in managing VIP client relationships and achieving sales targets in a luxury goods setting.
Education
Secondary education required; post-secondary education in fashion, retail management, or hospitality is a strong advantage.
