Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term client relationships within the Chloe brand
• Actively manage portfolio of customers, prioritizing VVICs and VICs with personalized reach-out campaigns
• Capture client data systematically and maintain qualitative information notes within CRM systems
• Achieve individual and store sales targets, KPIs, and CRM objectives through omnichannel engagement
• Complete clienteling tasks and utilize all available tools to support customer relationship management
• Maintain impeccable store environment, back-of-house areas, and personal grooming standards
• Support after-sales services and follow up to ensure continued client satisfaction
• Comply with all Richemont policies and standards while participating in inventory and operational activities
• Stay informed of local market conditions and competitive activities to inform sales strategies
• Actively engage in training programs and commercial initiatives set by Store Management and Head Office

Skills

Experience

Entry-level to mid-level retail or customer service experience preferred; prior experience in luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality is advantageous but not required.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21 to USD 24 per hour.
