Role & Responsibilities

- Coordinate fittings, bespoke requests and alterations with in‑house or external ateliers and ensure timely delivery to clients.
- Collaborate with store management and cross‑functional teams on client events, private appointments and inventory allocation.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to interact confidently with high‑net‑worth clients and deliver discreet, personalised service.
- Strong commercial orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in luxury retail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in customer rapport building and consultative selling.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and during seasonal peaks.
- Professional presentation and high standards of grooming consistent with luxury retail expectations.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years of hands-on experience in luxury fashion, jewelry or high-end retail, with demonstrable experience styling clients and managing client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary qualifications in fashion, merchandising or related fields preferred.
