Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term client relationships, with particular focus on VVICs and VICs
- Implement personalized client outreach campaigns and utilize clienteling tools to achieve CRM targets within established timeframes
- Consistently capture client data and maintain detailed qualitative records of all customer interactions
- Leverage omnichannel services and sales tools to drive business growth and achieve individual and store sales targets
- Monitor store and personal KPIs and actively engage in all commercial activities to reach performance objectives
- Ensure impeccable store environment, back-of-house cleanliness, and personal grooming standards throughout all operating hours
- Proactively communicate structural maintenance needs to Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to preserve a luxurious environment
- Implement store and back-of-house management guidelines and participate in inventory management
- Provide comprehensive after-sales support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with all Richemont policies and operational standards
