Chloé seeks a Stylist to represent the brand and advise a discerning, locally-focused clientele on luxury accessories. The successful candidate will foster client relationships through approachable and personable engagement, build and expand a loyal customer base, remain current with emerging trends, and contribute meaningfully to boutique performance through demonstrated sales expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Chloé brand through refined and knowledgeable client consultation within the accessories department
- Build and cultivate a loyal customer base through warm, personable engagement and relationship management
- Provide expert styling guidance on ready-to-wear and premium leather goods, demonstrating deep product knowledge
- Stay abreast of current fashion trends and communicate relevant collections to clients
- Drive boutique sales performance through consultative selling and personal sales acumen
Qualifications
- Strong commitment to acquiring and retaining clientele through personalized service
- Demonstrated passion for fashion styling and luxury leather goods
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in German and English; additional language proficiency an asset
- Retail or luxury fashion experience preferred

Prior experience in luxury retail or fashion styling is beneficial but not strictly required.
Education
Secondary education (Gymnasium or equivalent) or relevant vocational training in fashion or retail preferred.
