Montblanc Sales Associate temporary position in Mexico City's Interlomas shopping center.
Role & Responsibilities
- Engage and assist clients with product selection and purchases
- Provide expert knowledge of Montblanc's writing instruments, accessories, and heritage
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain the boutique's visual presentation and product displays
- Process transactions and handle cash and card payments
- Build client relationships and document customer preferences for future engagement
Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Retail or luxury sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Professional demeanor and personal presentation
Skills
Experience
Prior retail or sales experience in a luxury environment is beneficial but not strictly required; strong customer service orientation is essential.
