Chloé seeks a Studio Manager in Paris to coordinate collection development and studio operations across design and production teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily collection development processes, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among Design, Product Development, Workshop, Merchandising, and cross-functional teams
  • Manage and track collection calendars, monitor key milestones, and proactively flag potential delays or risks
  • Organize studio meetings, fittings, and collection reviews, preparing agendas, documentation, and action plans
  • Maintain and update planning tools, tracking systems, and reporting documents to ensure accurate information-sharing across stakeholders
  • Coordinate studio logistics and operational requirements
  • Support the preparation and coordination of fashion shows, showroom presentations, lookbooks, and collection-related events
  • Monitor daily operational needs of the Studio, ensuring resource availability and efficient activity execution
  • Serve as a key operational contact between the Studio and internal partners, facilitating collaboration and swift action follow-up
  • Support budget tracking, administrative activities, and continuous process improvement within the studio
  • Foster a collaborative, organized, and agile working environment within the Ready-to-Wear Studio

Qualifications

  • 5 to 10 years of project coordination or studio management experience in luxury ready-to-wear
  • Excellent understanding of collection development processes from conception to delivery
  • Superior organizational, planning, and complex process coordination skills (collections, events, logistics)
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and foster collaboration among diverse teams
  • Strong capability to manage and monitor collection calendars, identify risks, and ensure action follow-up
  • Precision in agenda preparation, deliverables, planning tool updates, and reporting
  • Ability to anticipate operational needs, solve problems, and take initiative
  • Proficiency managing varied tasks from logistics to administration, budget support, and process improvement
  • Fluency in English and French
