Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and detailed reports for key stakeholders and management on local market and macroeconomic trends, consumer behavior, and market intelligence
• Support the manager in analyzing monthly sales data and forecasting how economic factors may affect future sales performance
• Conduct competitive research highlighting trends and competitor activity across the Americas luxury sector
• Support the development and implementation of business development plans and initiatives enabling Maisons to meet and exceed sales and marketing targets
• Support multi-functional regional projects and ensure alignment among internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare regular communications to key stakeholders and management on project progress, status, and challenges
• Partner with the manager to formulate recommendations for driving business forward based on strategic analysis

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited MBA program
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with knowledge of economics, accounting, and statistics
• Ability to think critically and weigh pros and cons of different solutions to problems
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a results-oriented approach
• Robust organizational and project management experience
• Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments and all levels of management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (international students must possess current work visa; Richemont does not sponsor work visas for temporary internships)
• Experience in the luxury industry is preferred

Skills

Experience

Previous experience in business development, strategic planning, or analytical roles is beneficial, though not explicitly required. Experience in the luxury goods industry is a plus.

Education

Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from an accredited institution.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is USD 30 per hour.
