Richemont seeks a Strategy & Business Development Manager for Singapore to lead regional growth initiatives across Southeast Asia and Oceania.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional strategic plans aligned with group objectives across SEAO markets
- Identify and evaluate business development opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and market penetration
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with brand leadership and functional teams to drive cross-divisional initiatives
- Monitor market performance and key metrics, providing regular strategic updates to senior management
- Support M&A activities and partnership evaluation processes within the region
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Strategy, or related discipline
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in strategy, business development, or management consulting
- Proven track record of successful business expansion and strategic project execution
- Deep knowledge of Southeast Asian and Oceania markets
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at C-suite level
