Cartier seeks a strategic industrial projects intern in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland to support Lean Manufacturing and AI innovation initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support watchmaking, jewelry, and accessories divisions through operational excellence missions
- Coordinate and monitor strategic project implementation and progress
- Develop supplier and partner ecosystem initiatives
- Experiment with and integrate innovations, with particular focus on artificial intelligence applications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, with specialization in AI, digital transformation, and/or industrial engineering
- Final-year internship (Bac+5 level)
- Autonomous, organized, curious, and proactive mindset
- Team player with experience collaborating across diverse stakeholder groups
- Data and ideally AI competencies
- Interest in watchmaking and jewelry sectors
Skills
Experience
Final-year engineering student or recently graduated engineer with demonstrated interest in industrial transformation and operational excellence. Experience or coursework in data science, AI, or digital manufacturing is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Bac+5) with specialization in AI, digital transformation, and/or industrial engineering. Candidates completing their final year of study are encouraged to apply.
