Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of retail stores, ensuring optimal performance and visual merchandising standards
- Manage event planning, coordination, and execution for brand activations and VIP experiences
- Monitor key performance indicators including sales, inventory, and operational metrics
- Lead and develop store teams, providing coaching and performance management
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, health, safety, and security protocols
- Coordinate with visual merchandising, inventory, and customer service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Analyze operational data to identify efficiency improvements and cost optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of retail operations or events management experience in luxury sector
- Proven track record of managing multiple retail locations or complex event portfolios
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Knowledge of retail systems, inventory management, and POS platforms

5-7 years of relevant experience in retail operations, store management, or events coordination, preferably within the luxury goods sector or high-end hospitality environment.
Education
