Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of retail stores, ensuring optimal performance and visual merchandising standards
  • Manage event planning, coordination, and execution for brand activations and VIP experiences
  • Monitor key performance indicators including sales, inventory, and operational metrics
  • Lead and develop store teams, providing coaching and performance management
