Richemont Paris: Fixed-term Store Openings & Visual Merchandising Projects Manager to oversee retail launches and VM initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all phases of new store openings from concept through soft opening, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment
- Develop and execute comprehensive visual merchandising projects, ensuring consistent brand presentation across all retail locations
- Liaise with architects, contractors, designers, and third-party vendors to deliver construction and fit-out projects on schedule and within budget
- Prepare detailed project briefs, status reports, and documentation for internal stakeholders and senior management
- Conduct quality audits and store walk-throughs to verify compliance with brand guidelines and visual standards
- Manage relationship with store teams and regional management to facilitate seamless integration of new locations into operational networks
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing retail store openings or major renovation projects (3+ years)
- Strong project management expertise with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple concurrent initiatives
- Experience with visual merchandising principles and retail design standards
- Proficiency with project management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Fluency in French and English required
