Richemont seeks a Store Manager for its Perth boutique. Lead luxury retail operations, manage staff, and drive sales performance in this seasonal role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee merchandising, financial management, and store operations to achieve sales performance goals
- Supervise, evaluate, and develop sales staff capabilities, implementing formal coaching and mentoring frameworks
- Develop solutions for customer issues and ensure clear communication of next steps
- Create and manage work schedules across multiple teams to align with business objectives
- Set performance objectives for direct reports and take corrective actions to meet annual targets
- Implement business strategy and communicate organizational mission, vision, and values to staff
- Configure complex product solutions, negotiate agreements, and review sales proposals
- Manage departmental budgets including development and delivery
