Richemont Store Manager role in Paris - lead luxury boutique operations, sales, and team management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the boutique team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling
- Develop and implement local marketing initiatives and promotional strategies to drive customer engagement
- Ensure consistent brand standards and visual merchandising throughout the boutique
- Foster a luxury customer experience and maintain strong client relationships
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and optimize store profitability
- Recruit, train, and develop sales associates and support staff
- Maintain compliance with company policies and legal regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a store manager or similar leadership role in luxury retail
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and customer service standards
- Leadership and people management expertise
- Proficiency in retail management systems and point-of-sale (POS) technology
