Richemont Store Manager position at Printemps Haussmann, Paris. Lead luxury retail operations and boutique team in prestigious location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of boutique operations and ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies
- Manage and develop a team of sales associates and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centric service
- Drive sales performance and revenue targets through strategic merchandising, promotional execution, and customer relationship management
- Oversee inventory management, stock rotation, and visual merchandising to maximize product presentation
- Maintain highest standards of customer service and brand experience for clientele in a luxury retail environment
- Collaborate with regional management and brand teams to implement marketing initiatives and seasonal campaigns
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and optimize operational efficiency and profitability
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury goods or high-end department store settings
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving financial targets
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with demonstrated success in staff development
- Excellent French and English language proficiency
