Richemont is hiring a Store Manager in Paris — lead boutique operations, sales and team performance for a Richemont maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily boutique operations to deliver exemplary client experiences and achieve sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Recruit, develop and coach the boutique team, establishing performance standards, training plans and a culture of service excellence.
- Own P&L responsibility for the store: drive sales performance, margin management, and cost control.
- Implement and monitor visual merchandising and boutique presentation to uphold maison brand standards.
- Manage inventory, stock reconciliation and loss-prevention procedures in collaboration with regional retail and logistics teams.
- Deploy clienteling strategies and CRM initiatives to grow repeat business and long‑term client relationships.
- Coordinate store-level administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail with progressive management responsibilities; experience in watches, jewellery or high-end accessories preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets while managing budgets and margins.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in coaching, talent development and performance management.
- Excellent commercial acumen, clienteling sensibility and attention to visual and service detail.
- Fluent communication skills and professional presentation appropriate to high‑end retail environments.

Experience
Multiple years of experience in luxury retail, including several years in supervisory or managerial roles; prior experience managing a boutique or store in watches, jewellery or premium accessories is preferred.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in business, hospitality, retail management or a related field is preferred.
