Role & Responsibilities
- Manage store access using security protocols and maintain key inventory logs
- Oversee cash handling procedures, including opening and closing cash reconciliation
- Conduct shift handovers with incoming managers and document any irregularities or concerns
- Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate with store management on stock discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and brand guidelines throughout the sales floor
- Provide coaching and support to sales associates, reinforcing customer service excellence
- Respond to security alerts and execute emergency procedures in accordance with store protocols
Qualifications
