Richemont Store Director role in Marne la Vallée. Lead luxury retail operations and drive sales excellence in a premium boutique environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of store operations including sales, merchandising, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve sales targets and profitability goals
- Supervise, recruit, and mentor store personnel to ensure excellent service delivery
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation in line with brand guidelines
- Monitor inventory management, loss prevention, and operational compliance
- Foster a positive work environment while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to inform strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail management or similar premium environment
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities

Experience
5–8 years of progressive retail management experience in luxury or premium goods sectors, with at least 2–3 years in a store director or equivalent senior management role

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or equivalent professional qualification
