Watchfinder & Co. seeks experienced Boutique Manager in Marne-la-Vallée, France. Lead luxury watch retail, drive commercial performance and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive commercial performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure adherence to operational procedures and house standards
- Deliver memorable client experiences by cultivating a warm retail environment and exceeding customer expectations
- Recruit, train, and coach team members to achieve excellence and operational mastery
- Oversee all boutique operations including sales performance, client satisfaction metrics, inventory management, and brand representation
- Serve as the primary brand ambassador, embodying Watchfinder values and championing the company's pre-owned watch expertise
Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of team management experience in luxury retail
- Proven track record of commercial success and sales performance achievement
- Strong analytical mindset and business acumen
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated passion for horology and pre-owned luxury watches
- Leadership capability with capacity to inspire and motivate diverse teams

Experience

Education
