Piaget seeks Store Design and Planning Project Manager in Geneva. Lead global retail design strategy and boutique architecture for luxury watch and jewelry brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design development for Piaget Flagships, Boutiques, and Shop-in-Shops from concept through approval
  • Serve as HQ Design Authority for assigned regions, validating architectural proposals and shop drawings against Piaget's worldwide Store Design Guidelines
  • Manage external design specialists including architects, lighting designers, and 3D visualization artists
  • Oversee review of layouts, materials, mock-ups, and technical documentation to ensure design integrity
  • Lead strategic flagship and retail projects through concept validation and design committee presentations
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary international teams and consultants throughout design and construction phases
  • Drive continuous evolution of Piaget's retail concept, design standards, and technical guidelines
  • Support regional teams in tendering, value engineering, and construction to preserve design intent
  • Champion innovation and prototype new design solutions, materials, and retail standards
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with Retail, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Product, and Client Experience teams

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Retail Design
  • At least 7 years of specialized experience in luxury Store Design and Planning
  • Proven track record leading flagship retail projects and premium architectural developments for luxury or international premium brands
  • Deep understanding of retail design development, construction detailing, and luxury client experience principles
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary international teams and external consultants
  • Professional fluency in English and French; additional languages preferred
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and advanced Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional architectural design and space planning capabilities
  • Outstanding presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
