Role & Responsibilities
- Learn and apply traditional stone-setting techniques to secure gemstones in fine jewelry pieces
- Develop proficiency in the use of specialized hand tools and precision equipment required for stone setting
- Assist senior stone setters on complex high-value jewelry projects
- Maintain exceptional standards of quality control and attention to detail in all finished work
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and proper care of specialized tools and materials
- Contribute to the preservation and transmission of luxury jewelry craftsmanship
