Role & Responsibilities

  • Press and secure diamonds and precious stones onto jewelry, objects, watch components, and eyewear frames while maintaining strict quality, scheduling, and safety standards
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment for emergency repairs and execute preventive maintenance routines to ensure optimal operational performance
  • Participate in the installation of complex systems and perform equipment inspections under supervision, ensuring compliance with operational standards
  • Operate sophisticated machinery by adjusting various parameters to achieve superior quality and productivity while identifying and correcting recurring inefficiencies
  • Provide operational support by executing routine tasks according to established systems and protocols
  • Adhere to mandatory organizational health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures to mitigate risk and protect personnel welfare
