Role & Responsibilities
- Set gemstones using all stone-setting techniques on both regular and haute joaillerie pieces
- Execute all preparation stages for pieces according to specifications and technical requirements
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance once stones have been set to ensure excellence
- Identify and escalate manufacturing challenges proactively to drive workshop improvement initiatives
