Role & Responsibilities

  • Set precious stones and gemstones into jewelry mountings with precision and expertise
  • Examine gemstones for quality and suitability before placement
  • Secure stones using specialized techniques including prong setting, bezel setting, and pavé work
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure finished pieces meet Richemont luxury standards
  • Collaborate with designers and other artisans throughout the jewelry production process

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in stone setting for fine jewelry
  • Proficiency with gemstones and precious metals
