Stock Operations Associate at Cartier Phuket | Richemont | Inventory Management & Boutique Operations
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage stock inventory with meticulous accuracy, verifying and resolving discrepancies to optimize selling opportunities
- Coordinate all product movements including shipments, client reservations, special orders, transfers, consignments, repairs, and returns
- Maintain accurate inventory systems and manage storage for both sellable and non-sellable products
- Partner with Sales & Operations team to ensure smooth management of stock transfers and special orders
- Conduct quality checks and report defective products at defined stages
- Provide accurate price labeling for new stock and update price tags for existing inventory
- Organize visual merchandising display materials within the boutique
- Manage suppliers and coordinate services, deliveries, and maintenance for boutique operations
- Serve as administrative liaison for landlord, property management, building compliance, and facility matters
- Process and maintain purchase orders, invoices, and contracts with meticulous record-keeping
- Coordinate meetings, visits, and inspections, ensuring necessary documentation is in order
- Collaborate with the boutique team to anticipate operational needs and propose improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in stock management within retail industry, preferably luxury retail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; SAP experience is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Service-focused mindset with demonstrated collaborative team capabilities
- Fluent in Thai language
- Proficient in English language
