Richemont seeks a Stock Administrator in Mumbai to manage inventory, cycle counts and stock reconciliation across retail and warehouse operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records across retail and warehouse locations, including receiving, put-away, transfers and dispatch.
- Perform regular cycle counts and full stock reconciliations; investigate and resolve discrepancies with stores, warehouses and finance.
- Operate and update the ERP inventory module and supplementary stock-control tools to ensure real-time stock visibility.
- Prepare and validate shipping and receiving documentation, manage stock movements and coordinate with logistics partners.
- Support audit activities and loss-prevention procedures; enforce handling, storage and security protocols for high-value merchandise.
- Generate periodic inventory reports and KPIs for Inventory Manager and cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Secondary-school diploma required; undergraduate degree in business, logistics or supply-chain management preferred.
- 1–3 years’ experience in inventory control, stock administration or warehouse operations—preferably within luxury retail, watches, jewellery or high-value goods.
- High attention to detail, strong numeracy and proven ability to reconcile complex stock discrepancies.
- Effective communicator able to liaise with stores, logistics and finance teams and to document processes clearly.
- Availability to work flexible hours as required for stocktakes and store support.

Experience
1–3 years of hands-on experience in inventory control, stock administration or warehouse operations, ideally within luxury retail, watches or jewellery environments.
Education
Secondary-school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, logistics or supply-chain management preferred.
