Role & Responsibilities
- Manage stock replenishment, place purchase orders, and coordinate with boutique management and head office for inventory transfers and novelty stock
- Receive, inspect, verify merchandise against orders, and report discrepancies or quality issues to Boutique Managers
- Classify, tag, and organize stock according to store procedures for accessibility and efficient replenishment
- Conduct and assist with monthly inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate records
- Reconcile daily sales documents, invoices, and cashier operations in compliance with company standards
- Manage tax receipts, statements, and monthly tax control system operations
- Oversee returns and replacements processes with accurate documentation and compliance oversight
- Assist with budget tracking, expense management, and financial reporting
- Prepare sales, inventory, and operational reports for management review
- Manage store supplies inventory including visual merchandising materials, stationery, packaging, and guest refreshments
- Assist with visual merchandising display adjustments, monthly display reports, and prop inventory
- Maintain store operation manuals and ensure adherence to company processes and standards
- Ensure health, safety, and security standards are upheld throughout the boutique
- Provide occasional support during sales activities as needed
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of retail experience in a similar stock administration or inventory management position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a team environment
- Fluency in English and French
- Italian language proficiency is advantageous
