Cartier Special Orders Project Coordinator internship in Paris; 6-month role for final-year engineering/business students.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain activity monitoring reports combining revenue figures, production backlogs, and performance metrics, with emphasis on automation and data visualization
- Conduct clear, structured, visually compelling analyses (business reviews, post-event analyses, ad hoc reports) to support executive decision-making on Special Orders operations
- Improve reporting tools and data visualization systems for Special Orders activity in collaboration with relevant departments
- Define, pilot, and drive continuous improvement initiatives for the Special Orders business
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of digital tools for managing bespoke commercial offerings
- Lead the enrichment and automation of the custom commercial offerings portfolio
- Support Special Orders initiatives during key events and client engagement occasions
Qualifications
- Final-year student at an engineering school or business school seeking an end-of-studies internship
- Strong interest in dashboard construction and data analysis with a commercial mindset
- Proficiency in managing medium to long-term projects with a solution-oriented approach
- Advanced Excel expertise; Power BI proficiency is a plus
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
