Richemont seeks an internship candidate for a Special Orders Project Manager role in fine jewelry in Paris.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of special commission projects from order intake through delivery
- Maintain detailed project timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules for bespoke fine jewelry pieces
- Facilitate communication between clients, internal stakeholders, and artisanal manufacturing partners
- Track project status and compile progress reports for senior management
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and luxury brand guidelines throughout the custom creation process
Qualifications
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a business, project management, or luxury industry-related program
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Familiarity with project tracking tools or CRM systems
- Demonstrated interest in luxury goods, fine jewelry, or bespoke craftsmanship
