Richemont in Tokyo seeks a Spare Parts Supply Chain Staff to manage after‑sales parts logistics and inventory for its luxury maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end flow of spare parts for after‑sales service: forecasting demand, placing replenishment orders and monitoring lead times.
  • Maintain and optimise inventory levels across regional warehouses and service centres to ensure parts availability while minimising obsolescence and carrying costs.
  • Process purchase orders, goods receipts and returns; reconcile inventories and investigate discrepancies using ERP and WMS tools.
  • Coordinate logistics and international shipments for parts, including customs documentation and carrier management, to ensure timely delivery to service points.
  • Liaise daily with suppliers, boutique/service technicians and internal after‑sales teams to prioritise critical repairs and resolve supply issues.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (OTD, fill rate, inventory turns); propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to operate within structured supply chain processes and tight service level agreements.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and an analytical approach to inventory management.
  • Effective communicator, capable of coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders including suppliers, logistics partners and technical teams.
  • Comfort working in a multinational, multi‑brand environment; flexibility to manage priorities across different product lines and service schedules.
  • Working knowledge of import/export documentation and basic customs requirements is advantageous.

Experience

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
