Role & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of the Sirion CLM platform, including user management, security protocols, workflow configuration, and template updates
• Gather feedback from product owners and business users to identify pain points and translate business requirements into functional specifications and system enhancements
• Serve as the primary LVL3 technical support point of contact, providing user support, troubleshooting platform issues, and developing training materials to drive adoption
• Collaborate on initial implementation and future releases, including testing new features, managing sandbox and test environments, and deploying updates to production
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical and user documentation for platform configurations, processes, and integrations
• Actively participate in evaluating and integrating additional SaaS platforms within the procurement technology stack

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience administering and configuring Sirion CLM platform or equivalent Contract Lifecycle Management SaaS tools
• Demonstrated proficiency in system configuration, process design, and workflow optimization
• Strong understanding of product team methodologies such as Agile or Scrum with focus on continuous improvement
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience

The candidate should possess proven hands-on experience administering and configuring Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) SaaS tools, with specific experience on the Sirion platform highly valued. Comfort with system configuration, process and workflow design, and the ability to translate complex business processes into platform solutions is essential. A background working within product team methodologies such as Agile or Scrum, focused on continuous improvement and iterative delivery, is required. While direct Sirion experience is preferred, strong technical aptitude and a demonstrated passion for learning are equally important.
