Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily showroom operations including appointment scheduling, client reception and itinerary coordination for VIP and trade visits.
- Oversee handling, presentation and rotation of samples and prototype pieces, ensuring strict security, condition reporting and accurate inventory records.
- Prepare the showroom for client viewings and events: curate displays, coordinate styling needs and liaise with visual merchandising.
- Act as primary liaison between sales, design, logistics and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery and return of samples and to support commercial initiatives.
- Maintain accurate administrative records: update CRM or booking systems, prepare client dossiers, handle expense documentation and shipment paperwork.
- Coordinate logistics for national and international sample movements, customs documentation and third‑party couriers when required.
- Support small-scale showroom events and private appointments, including on-site client service, refreshments and discreet hospitality.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in showroom, retail operations or client services within the luxury goods sector (preferred).
- Exceptional organisational aptitude and meticulous attention to detail when handling high-value merchandise.
- Discretion, professionalism and a client-service mindset when interacting with VIP clients and external partners.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to coordinate across multiple internal stakeholders.
