Richemont apprenticeship retail assistant position in Paris. Luxury boutique alternating contract role combining on-site experience with professional training.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual standards
- Process sales transactions and handle cash/card payments
- Support inventory management and stock monitoring
- Contribute to creating an exceptional customer experience
- Learn and apply Richemont's brand values and luxury service standards
Qualifications
- Enrolment in or completion of a relevant apprenticeship programme
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for luxury retail and customer service
- Availability to balance work schedule with formal training requirements
