Richemont Shipping Administrator (m/w/d) in Hamburg – manage logistics operations and international shipments for luxury goods.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process and track inbound and outbound shipments through the supply chain management system
- Coordinate with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and carriers to optimize shipping routes and costs
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, invoices, and customs declarations for international compliance
- Monitor delivery schedules and proactively resolve shipping delays or discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of shipment status and communicate updates to internal stakeholders
- Support the development and optimization of shipping procedures and best practices
Qualifications
- Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain administration
- Proficiency with logistics management software and warehouse systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
