Role & Responsibilities
- Learn and master stone-setting techniques under the guidance of experienced master craftspeople
- Execute precise stone placement and securing using traditional and contemporary setting methods
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail and quality standards in all work executed
- Assist in the preparation and finishing of jewelry pieces following established protocols
- Contribute to the production workflow while progressively building technical competency
