Cartier Service Salon Manager in Miami, FL – Lead luxury after-sales service team with Richemont. Full-time management role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Motivate, support, and develop the Service Salon team through regular meetings, guidance, and coaching on tasks, targets, products, service knowledge, and client opportunities
  • Conduct biannual performance reviews and lead the performance management process through scheduled individual meetings with service staff
  • Actively recruit and maintain talent pipeline to fill service team positions
  • Perform administrative and HR tasks including commission verification, scheduling, payroll, and overtime management
  • Drive service team to consistently exceed service results and maximize business opportunities through analysis and action planning
  • Partner with the Client Experience Director to identify training needs, coaching opportunities, and VIP client loyalty strategies
  • Ensure team consistently delivers exceptional client experiences with highest levels of courtesy and professionalism
  • Manage inventory and model stock in coordination with merchandising departments to optimize boutique availability
  • Establish and monitor individual and team KPIs in alignment with boutique management
  • Lead all service initiatives and escalation processes to enhance client experience and address operational issues
  • Ensure compliance with Cartier security, operational, and visual merchandising standards
  • Maintain boutique operational flow including restocking supplies, repairs, maintenance, and daily setup/breakdown
  • Support boutique management with controllable operating expense analysis and cost optimization recommendations

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of supervisory experience in after-sales service, customer service, or related field
  • Proven experience managing direct reports and leading teams
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of luxury brands, heritage, and full product range
  • Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Ability to work retail hours including weekends
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members to embody brand image and values

Experience
