Role & Responsibilities
- Lead process optimization projects using existing process mappings and lean principles
- Design and implement innovative solutions including new procedures, digital tools, and efficiency improvements
- Conduct 5S initiatives to optimize workspace organization and enhance operational effectiveness
- Analyze and monitor performance indicators to measure project impact and results
- Support digital transformation efforts across various manufacturing sectors and operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement culture
Qualifications
- Engineering degree with generalist or industrial engineering orientation
- Demonstrated interest in continuous improvement methodologies and project management
- Strong team collaboration and analytical capabilities

Skills
Experience
Students in final year of engineering studies or recent engineering graduates with interest in continuous improvement and manufacturing operations.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (generalist or industrial engineering orientation) or equivalent qualification. Currently enrolled in or recently completed an engineering program.
