Cartier Service Advisor position in New York's Fifth Avenue boutique. $28–$31/hr, full-time luxury retail service role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm and gracious client welcomes while upholding Maison values and exceeding service expectations
- Provide technical explanations and advice regarding watch and jewelry servicing solutions tailored to individual client needs
- Perform basic product services including strap changes, bracelet sizing, steam cleaning, and cord changes
- Meet and exceed service timeframes and follow-up standards established by Cartier service policies
- Apply client experience guidelines to recommend complementary service and product offerings such as straps and links
- Collaborate with boutique colleagues on sales initiatives for accessories, watches, and jewelry
- Ensure compliance with Cartier security and operational procedures including product handling and inventory control
- Assist with daily boutique setup and breakdown for opening and closing procedures
- Support boutique projects including inventory management, organization, and supply restocking
- Maintain visual standards and product presentation within display cases while managing understock organization
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments
- Strong knowledge of Cartier service policies and luxury service standards
- General knowledge of timepiece movements and jewelry preferred
- Ability to perform basic watch and jewelry maintenance tasks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Experience
2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment.
Education
College degree preferred.
