Richemont Senior Workplace & Facilities Manager in Singapore: Lead regional facilities operations across SEAO with luxury expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-level hospitality, maintenance, and cleaning services aligned with Richemont standards; proactively identify and address operational challenges across the portfolio
- Lead development and execution of regional project rollouts for the SEAO market
- Reinforce the core workplace and facilities team to support new sub-regional initiatives
- Provide ongoing support to Maisons for boutique facilities operations and office renovation projects
- Manage service providers across the portfolio, identifying country and cross-Maison synergies to ensure efficiency through Integrated Facility Management (IFM)
- Direct local projects and oversee implementation of digitalization and automation initiatives for offices and boutiques
- Consolidate and summarize building and office space requirements; coordinate workplace projects including refurbishments and relocations
- Implement KPI and SLA monitoring and reporting to enable continuous optimization of site activities and budget impact
- Develop and monitor operating budgets with focus on performance and synergy
- Guarantee regulatory compliance across the entire scope, including Sustainability requirements
- Promote collaboration with internal divisions following correct lines of communication and best practices sharing
- Facilitate seamless project transitions through effective Change Management and Communication
- Maintain positive communication with suppliers and partners, fostering strong collaboration
- Ensure solid communication with Local, Regional, and Group management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent
- Specialization in real estate, facility management, hospitality, or luxury retail is preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in facilities management and/or project management roles, ideally in the luxury industry
- Proven experience managing IFM vendors and ticketing systems
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-site portfolios in an international environment
- Regional experience in Asia-Pacific highly advantageous

Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in facilities management, project management, or related operational roles within the luxury sector or international multi-site environments. Proven track record of managing Integrated Facility Management vendors, ticketing systems, and multi-country portfolios. Regional experience across Southeast Asia and/or APAC markets is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent qualification. Specialization in real estate, facility management, hospitality, or luxury retail is a plus.
