Richemont: Regional Marketing & Merchandising Manager, Watches (Senior Executive), North America position
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive regional marketing strategies for watches portfolio across North America
- Lead merchandising planning and product presentation across retail locations and digital channels
- Oversee brand campaigns and promotional activities to drive consumer engagement and sales
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to align merchandising with commercial objectives
- Manage relationships with retail partners and ensure brand compliance across channels
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic adjustments
- Lead marketing team members and coordinate with global headquarters on brand initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury goods marketing or merchandising, preferably in watches or high-end accessories
- Strong understanding of North American luxury market dynamics and consumer behavior
- Demonstrated track record in brand management and commercial growth
- Experience managing marketing teams and cross-functional projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities

Experience
7+ years of progressive experience in luxury marketing, merchandising, or brand management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity. Regional or international market experience strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion, or related discipline.
