Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance to clients on luxury watch collections, technical specifications, and horological craftsmanship
- Execute personalized consultations tailored to individual client preferences, investment objectives, and style aspirations
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clientele through bespoke service delivery and post-purchase engagement
- Mentor and train junior sales associates in product knowledge, client psychology, and luxury retail best practices
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate product availability and incoming collections to the sales team
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
