Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative sales expertise and personalized service to high-net-worth clients seeking luxury timepieces
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships through proactive engagement, follow-up communication, and bespoke product recommendations
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of watch movements, complications, heritage, and craftsmanship across multiple luxury brands
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining service excellence and brand standards
- Train and mentor junior advisors on product knowledge, client engagement protocols, and sales techniques
