Richemont seeks a Senior Watch Advisor at Harrods, London to drive luxury watch sales and deliver exceptional client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and exceed sales targets for luxury timepieces through proactive client acquisition, personalised clienteling and consultative selling.
- Deliver authoritative product presentations and storytelling across haute horlogerie, complications and brand heritage to high-net-worth clientele.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, manage CRM records and execute follow-up, after-sales care and servicing coordination.
- Uphold brand and boutique standards at the Harrods concession including visual merchandising, inventory control and loss-prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with Harrods retail teams and Richemont brand management on events, trunk shows and VIP client experiences.
- Participate in continuous product and sales training; act as an ambassador for the maison in all client-facing activity.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable track record of success selling luxury watches or high‑ticket jewellery in a boutique or premium department-store environment.
- Deep technical knowledge of horology, watch complications and materials with the ability to translate technical detail into client-appropriate language.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with refined presentation, negotiation and closing capabilities.
- Professional appearance, discretion and experience working with high-net-worth individuals.
- Right to work in the UK and willingness to work retail hours typical of a Harrods concession (including weekends and evenings).

Experience
Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in luxury watch retail or high-end jewellery sales, with proven results selling high-value timepieces and managing VIP client relationships.
Education
Secondary education; vocational or industry-specific qualifications (e.g., horology/watchmaking certification or luxury retail diploma) are advantageous but not mandatory.
