Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver discreet, high-touch sales and after-sales service to high-net-worth clients within the Harrods environment, managing private appointments and VIP viewings.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while cultivating and expanding a qualified client portfolio through proactive clienteling.
  • Demonstrate authoritative product and technical watch knowledge, advising clients on complications, provenance and heritage to support purchase decisions.
  • Manage inventory, stock rotation and merchandising to Richemont and Harrods visual standards; coordinate with logistics and brand teams for allocations and transfers.
  • Mentor and coach junior advisors on product knowledge, service standards and sales techniques; contribute to in-store training initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, follow up on leads, and liaise with after-sales and service departments to ensure seamless client journeys.
  • Ensure compliance with brand retail procedures, loss-prevention policies and regulatory requirements for high-value transactions.

Qualifications
