Richemont seeks an experienced Senior Visual Merchandiser to lead Europe-wide retail presentation strategy and team management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute cohesive visual merchandising strategies across European retail locations to enhance brand prestige and drive sales
- Create compelling window displays and in-store installations that align with seasonal collections and brand positioning
- Collaborate with regional store management to implement visual standards and maintain consistency across the portfolio
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of point-of-sale materials, signage, and merchandising fixtures
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with visual guidelines and identify opportunities for optimization
- Mentor and train visual merchandising teams at regional locations to elevate presentation standards
- Liaise with marketing, product, and logistics teams to coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns
- Manage visual merchandising budgets and optimize resource allocation across retail touchpoints
Qualifications
- Proven track record in visual merchandising or retail design, preferably in luxury fashion or selective retailing
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire merchandising teams across multiple locations
- Strong understanding of brand aesthetics and the ability to translate creative direction into compelling retail experiences
- Proficiency in design software and retail merchandising tools
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for proportion, colour theory, and spatial design
Skills
Experience
8 years of professional experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or related creative disciplines, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory capacity managing regional or multi-location initiatives
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related discipline; or equivalent professional experience
