Richemont seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in Paris, France to lead HR recruitment strategy and manage mid-level talent acquisition for luxury jewelry and watches houses.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute and contribute to HR Talent Acquisition strategy in the assigned scope, aligning with Group HR strategy and organizational unit objectives
- Attract, shortlist, select, and appoint suitable mid-level candidates for permanent and temporary positions; ensure seamless hiring and onboarding
- Develop and maintain candidate pipeline for hard-to-fill specialist and management roles using diverse talent attraction and engagement processes
- Create and manage recruitment campaigns; identify key candidate target groups; propose channel and media selections; design recruitment events and communications
- Conduct online research, telephone interviews, and portfolio reviews to validate applications and screen candidates against key criteria
- Respond promptly to advanced issue escalations and provide managerial approvals as required
- Manage customer contact plan communications for product launches and sales campaign engagement; resolve customer queries and complaints
- Contribute to assessment center design and delivery; tailor assessment exercises, draft content, train assessors, and provide feedback to line management
- Create future talent recruitment campaigns; research and analyze external trends in graduate and school-leaver aspirations and recruitment channels
- Liaise with hiring managers to review role profiles and ensure candidate specifications remain current; develop briefings for candidates and recruitment agencies
- Assist with stakeholder engagement through event coordination, meeting arrangements, and supporting materials to ensure stakeholder commitment
- Develop personal capabilities through assessment planning, formal and informal training, and maintenance of professional accreditation

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent level qualification
- Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised
- Basic experience coordinating the work of others

Experienced practitioner demonstrating a proven track record in talent acquisition and recruitment management, with demonstrated ability to work independently and coordinate team efforts across complex, multi-stakeholder recruitment initiatives.
