Richemont seeks Senior Supply Chain Business Analyst in Lisbon, Portugal. Lead SAP supply chain transformation across luxury Maisons—8+ years SD/MM expertise required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and support supply chain solutions aligned with Agile practices and the Product Owner's roadmap
- Serve as primary liaison for cross-functional integration initiatives, coordinating with technology and business teams
- Advise business users on operations optimization, system maintenance, scalability, and service delivery to maximize business value
- Propose and evaluate optimal solutions, continuously expanding expertise in emerging technologies and supply chain methodologies
- Analyze complex supply chain processes spanning traditional artisanal practices to industrialized manufacturing environments
Qualifications
- Master's degree or engineering qualification with strong technical foundation
- More than 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP SD/MM modules
- Proven expertise in SAP supply chain projects covering distribution and manufacturing
- Deep knowledge of SAP SD, MM, LE, FI-CO integration, ALE, EDI, MDG, FSCM, consignment management, STO, intercompany billing, pricing, batch/serial management, ATP, and allocation; S/4HANA experience preferred
- Proficiency in ABAP reading, debugging, and basic XI monitoring
- Strong understanding of architecture design principles and integration technologies (synchronous/asynchronous APIs, enterprise messaging)
- Fluency in English; French is advantageous
- Willingness to travel for project engagement and stakeholder meetings

Minimum 8 years of professional experience in SAP supply chain environments, ideally combining consulting expertise with direct exposure to supply chain execution and IT operations. Hands-on project experience required across SAP SD/MM implementation, distribution, and manufacturing contexts.
Education
Master's degree or engineering qualification with strong technical skills.
