ALAÏA Senior Stylist position in New York City—luxury retail role offering $28-$31/hr, client relationship management, and comprehensive benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary client relationship owner, ensuring exceptional welcome and personalized long-term engagement with all boutique guests
  • Develop and implement personalized reach-out campaigns leveraging clienteling tools to cultivate VIP and VVIP client portfolios while meeting CRM targets
  • Capture and maintain comprehensive client data and qualitative insights to support informed, consultative sales approaches
  • Drive omnichannel business performance by leveraging all available services and channels to exceed individual and store sales KPI targets
  • Maintain immaculate store environment, back-of-house organization, and personal grooming standards aligned with luxury brand expectations
  • Proactively communicate maintenance and repair needs to store management to preserve the boutique's luxurious atmosphere
  • Execute all store and inventory management protocols in compliance with Richemont standards and guidelines
  • Support after-sales clients through follow-up interactions ensuring continued excellence in service delivery
  • Participate actively in commercial trainings and boutique initiatives established by store management and headquarters

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of luxury retail experience with demonstrated client relationship building
  • Proven background in retail sales operations and omnichannel commerce
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with advanced computer literacy
  • Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently
  • Physical capability to stand and sit for extended periods throughout operating hours
  • Availability for flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods
  • Ability to regularly lift boxes weighing up to 20 pounds

Experience
