Richemont seeks an experienced Senior Stylist in New York to lead styling strategy and mentor creative teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive styling strategies aligned with brand positioning and seasonal collections
- Mentor and guide junior styling staff on trend forecasting, color theory, and garment construction
- Collaborate with merchandising and buying teams to optimize product assortment and recommend styling direction
- Create compelling visual presentations and styling guides for internal teams and retail partners
- Maintain expertise in current luxury market trends and competitor positioning
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional styling experience in luxury fashion or high-end retail
- Demonstrated expertise in visual merchandising and product presentation
- Strong portfolio showcasing styling work across multiple collections or campaigns
- Proficiency in fashion technology platforms and digital asset management systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale to cross-functional teams
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional styling experience in luxury fashion, high-end retail, or fashion editorial environments. Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience and demonstrated expertise will be considered.
