Richemont is hiring a Senior Stylist in New York — high-touch client styling and wardrobe curation for luxury jewellery and watches.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide high-touch styling and personalised wardrobe curation for VIP clients, advising on jewellery, watches and accessories appropriate to client lifestyle and event needs
- Manage client appointments, fittings and private viewings; coordinate cross-maison offerings and bespoke requests
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with an assigned portfolio of high-net-worth clients, driving repeat engagement and lifetime value
- Collaborate with retail, marketing and visual teams to create editorial and campaign looks, showroom presentations and bespoke client deliveries
- Coach and mentor junior stylists and boutique teams on product presentation, styling techniques and elevated client service
- Prepare tailored sales proposals, lookbooks and styling briefs; liaise with ateliers and after-sales to ensure flawless execution
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of seasonal collections, craftsmanship, provenance and pricing to support consultative selling
- Use CRM to record client preferences, purchase history and event follow-ups; analyse client data to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in luxury styling, personal shopping or editorial fashion with a strong emphasis on jewellery and watches
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building trust and long-term relationships with high-net-worth clientele
- Strong commercial acumen and track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets within a luxury environment
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules and VIP events
- Fluent professional presentation and impeccable personal grooming consistent with luxury brand standards
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client appointments and brand events
Skills
Experience
Typically 5+ years of progressive styling, personal shopping or luxury retail experience, including demonstrable success working with VIP or HNW clients and coordination of private appointments or editorial projects.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Styling, Merchandising or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience in luxury retail or editorial styling.
